The steps suggest: 1.Under the Final Rejection Actions related list, click Add New, select Email Alert, and fill in the details. 2.For Description, enter Email position owner about rejection. 3.For Email Template, select Position Rejected. (Click lookup icon to find it.) 4.For Recipient Type, select Owner from the picklist. 5.In the Available Recipients column, select Position Owner then click to move it to the Selected Recipients column. 6.Click Save.
You need to choose the lookup icon to select the email template.

Thankyou so much for your response Swetha, but I still did not find the solution for my problem.
In the 3rd step(you mentioned in your mail) I am unable to find the *POSITION
REJECTED *named template(or any template) in the lookup icon.
I have sent the attachment of the screen which show no results.
Please reply me over this issue as soon as possible.

Now you should get what you are looking for : Position Approved Position Rejected.
