CANNOT_REPARENT_RECORD: owner is inactive, cannot reparent record

I'm getting this error when updating an account; I have a few flows running to automatically create contacts from provided information on the account and this are what are failing. The account I'm getting this error on has an *ACTIVE* owner, so I'm not sure what's happening here. Any help is appreciated.
