Change queue owner after X hours


I want to have a rule where if a lead is created between 8am to 6pm I want the lead to be transfered to a different lead queue.

You can try using Assignment rules or time-dependent workflows to change queue owner.

I need the rule to fire every time the lead is added back to a different queue.

Time Lead comes into the queue | No of hours before lead is transfers back to User A

9:00am to 10:00am | 4  Hours
10:01am to 11:00am  | 4 hours
10:01pm to 11:00pm   | 13 hours
11:01pm to 12:00am   | 12 hours
