If this does not fix the error, as you understand, the managed package code is not accessible to us(end users) and it would not be possible to troubleshoot the code. You will need to reach out to the package provider with the steps to replicate for further assistance.

Thanks for your response. But it seems the error is due to the lightning Buddy(Managed Package)
