Error while deploying flexi page having LWC

I have added a lwc on the case flexi page(Case_Record_Page.flexipage) which would be visible conditionally and it is working fine, now I am trying to deploy that to a higher environment via Azure DevOps and I am getting the following 
flexipages/Etex_Case_Record_Page.flexipage -- Error: We couldn't retrieve the design time component information for component c:etexProdMismatchErrMsg.

I don't find much help around this issue, does anyone have any idea about this.

Unsure what the root cause is but have seen similar error described in this Known Issue
