Hi All,
Actually, on the Account object, I have two record types.
One record type Records should show to all Users.
But second record type Records should only show to the system admin Users.
I tried with the profile level RecordType permission. But it didn't work.
Can someone help me to achieve this solution

Instead of record types I think you can make use of the new feature in winter 21 release, "Break Up Your Record Details with Dynamic Forms" you can check the documentation and an article below with the details:
