How to enable Chatter and Feed items in community?

Hi Athira Venugopal,

To Enable feed items do follow the below steps

1-Go to setup
2-Go to support setting
3-Click edit
4-Select the check box for Enable Community Case Feed Action and Feed items
5-click Save

 

To Enable chatter on your community

1-Go to setup

2-search chatter

3-check on Enable

After that go to the community workspace

1-Go to Administration

2-Click on preferences

3-Enable direct messages
