Hey! Can anybody know how to find AccountId for lookup field. For example contact can access Account id. but i need account id for custom object

Hi Swathi,

It will the api name of field which lookup to Account.
Ex- Obj1 has lookup to Account with field look_Account__c, this this field store the id of account.

Hi Swathi,

If you have a custom field of lookup type on the custom object and relate it to account object and on creating a record you can find the accountid when you click on the lookup field.
