Platform Developer II certification not granted??
I cleared the requirements of PDII certification,
I have completed all 4 super badges 2 years ago, and passed PDII exam 2 days ago.
but the certification still not arrive yet.
I have submitted a case to ask about it, but getting ignored.(support team replied all my other cases which I submitted after that)
I see some ppl had same problem, but they got their certification at last but didnt say how they got it.
anybody knows what s going on? I just wait for more time? or what else should I to get the certification?

I did, like I said earlier, being ignored.
Meanwhile re-check if you have completed below modules and your trailhead and webassessor account is linked up correctly.

for ppl who are still getting the same problem, wait for at least 1 week first, if PDII is still not granted, then submit a case for help.
