i am not getting reset password link for sandbox on admin ID, what can i do?

Hi,

I have tried to reset the password of sandbox, but not getting the password reset link on admin's mail ID. What can i do to login?

Try after clearing browser cookies and Check-in another browser too.

Then you can log a case with Salesforce support and they will reset your password.

For this request, you don't need premier support.

Try going to setup and make sure your deliverability settings are correct (If it is No Access, you will not get email)
Deliverability > Access level
