Before Spring 21, Survey link was working properly on case object but now, it gives me an Authorization error so, any idea for that?

HI Admin,
Recommend checking https://github.com/SalesforceLabs/survey-force/issues/96 which was logged a few days back reporting the same error after the Spring'21 release.

Ensure the below access are provided:

CRUD/FLS settings
Sharing Rule
Adding TakeSurvey to Sites

If you still get this error then please capture the Apex log (for the Apex class) and add it on the Github link for further investigation
