Yogesh Biyani Schedule-Triggered flow works but Record-Triggered flow does not work on Duplicate Record Set
I have created a Schedule-Triggered flow on Duplicate Record Set to convert a new lead into an existing contact and it works. However the same flow when converted to Record-Triggered flow does not work. Any idea why this would be the case?

I would suggest you to compare the debug logs for working and non working scenario to check,if there is any action which is causing the issue in Record-Triggered flow.
