Creating a workflow

I need help with setting up a workflow please...

The workflow should be tied to a rule with a time-dependent action; I would like the rule to send an email to the Account owner after 30 days if there hasn't been activity on the account or opportunity.  I've created the field Last Updated Date on Account.

You can simply create the Time Based Workflow to fire after 30 days as sugggested here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-C3QkM3UMQ).
