I just started getting this error message. I created this flow months ago and there has been no issues. Now for the past two weeks I am getting this error.

Error element myRule_1_A1 (FlowRecordUpdate).
This error occurred when the flow tried to update records: UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 1206688299-37351 (-2079597272)

It is a Flow that Creates a Task for the Contact Owner on a cadence based on the last activity.

whenever we get an error of this kind(with Error ID), the exception is caught by Salesforce across the Error ID. So for a speedy resolution and understanding of the exact issue, it's a good practice to get in touch with SFDC Support and then move forward.
