Need help in creating chatter Lightning component

Hello everyone,
I want to show all the Chatter groups along with a button to join a group in a lightning component is it possible to do so if yes please help me in creating one.

HI Aman,
No standard functionality as such. But you can always create a Custom lightning component to dispaly the chatter groups by querying "SELECT Id,Name From CollaborationGroup".
