Didn't receive a certification logo and the certificate doesn't appear in the trailhead profile

I successfully completed the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II - Multiple Choice (WI21) but didn't receive a certification logo and the certificate doesn't appear in the trailhead profile. Could anyone please give me a piece of advice?

@swetha hey! I have my certificate in my trailhead account but I didn't receive the logo via email. I opened a case but haven't heard back, it's been a couple of days and I did my exam a week ago. Supper case number is 00738892
would be great if you could have a look!

Hi @Swetha, I completed the Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I - Multiple Choice on 14th August 2022 at 9 PM but didn't receive the certificate and logo. In the confirmation mail, it is mentioned that I would get both in a separate mail, but didn't receive them yet. I have created a case today.

In the confirmation mail, it is mentioned that I would get both in a separate mail, but didn't receive them yet. I have created a case on 13th but didn't get any response.

Hi @Swetha, I completed the Salesforce Certified B2C commerce developer on 29th August 2022 at 1 AM but didn't receive the certificate and logo. In the confirmation mail, it is mentioned that I would get both in a separate mail, but didn't receive them yet. I have created a case today.
