OWD

Hi,

1.What needs to be done if the OWD for account is private, and above hierarchy should see the records? And if the case is reverse, below hierarchy should see the record.

Can anyone help me in finding out this.

Hi Aladdin,

Please check ViewAll for Object at profile level. So that if OWD is private also user can see records.
If user wants edit and delete then give ModifyAll in profile.
