Superbadge: Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist
Hello,
I am getting error "There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge." on step 7 - "Create the SolarBot dashboard" of Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge. I am using a new DE for this Superbadge.
The Reference Error ID is RJPUKQBG.
Request you help in resolving the same.

I suggest you please REFRESH THE DASHBOARDS before checking up the challenge.
If the problem still persists use a new Developer Org / Trailhead Playground for validating the challenge. If the problem persists, log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.
Also, this kind of error pops up due to renaming reports or dashboards label after creation or when you Clone dashboards. Thus for any further challenges: DO NOT CLONE Dashboards or Reports. Always create from scratch.

I followed and completed all the steps but I still keep getting this error on my challenge "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can’t find the four reports from the SolarBots Acquisitions folder reorganized into their new folders.
".
My reports and their respective folders after moving reports from the SolarBots Acquisitions folder
Folder Report
SolarBot Executive Reports -- >Erin's SB Opp Matrix for Sales
SolarBot Sales Reports --- > Marketing's SB Lead Report for Sales
SolarBot R&D Reports --> Potential SB Product Names for R&D
Report Recycle Bin -- > Lincoln's SolarBot Research to remove
Above are the folders with the reports. please help me
Keep on getting this error
Move Erin's SB Opp Matrix for Sales Report into SolarBot Sales Reports.

Marketing's SB Lead Report ---> SolarBot Sales
Potential SB Product Names for R&D---> SolarBot R&D Reports
Lincoln's SolarBot Research to remove --> Report Recycle Bin
But it still doesn't work , it says: Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We can’t find the four reports from the SolarBots Acquisitions folder reorganized into their new folders.
Here is the snapshot of my reports and their respective folders.Make sure you have given correct names as provided in the requirements.Hope it helps.
