Hi,
I had been using google plus to login to salesforce trailhead and completed many trails and earned many badges.
I am unable to login to trailhead with google plus and was instead directed to create a new profile but with this seems to have lost track of all the badges and trails completed. With all this I have maintained the same Google email account.
I need help in getting back my trails completed and also, would like to understand what is going on in the back ground.

There is a new trailblazer.me release.That may be the reason you are facing this issue, I would suggest you to create case from below link.
