Limit exceeded even after no custom fields in production

for quote on production we have deleted all custom fields but still while deploying new fields facing error of limit exceeded.
Please help with workaround.

Can you delete the fields from the object  recycle bin also ..   and try .. 


If you go to the quote object you can enable to the see the delete fields (erase them  )

From the management settings for the field’s object, go to Fields.
Click Deleted Fields at the bottom of the list of custom fields and relationships. The number in parentheses indicates the total number of deleted custom fields for this object. This link only displays when you have a deleted custom field.
