Trigger/workflow on downloading a file

Hi All,

I am trying to update a field when a file in the related list files is downloaded. Is there a way to create a trigger for this use case?

Hi Eldon,

You could create a custom implementation of calling a workflow, but I am not completely sure as I have not implemented it.

You could have a custom button that would execute the download function then call a flow with the parameters you would like to update.
