Issue with raising case in trailhead comunity
Hi All,
I had a question reg Certification whch i am trying to post in Trailhead support. I can see case submission screen after saving the case. But I don't see any notification coming to my email or the case showing in "my cases" list.
I am aware that it is not the exact place to post this query , but not sure where to raise this issue.
Please help me with this.

Try to log a new case again and you should see in list of cases.
Also, can you re-check your email id in the trailhead profile? Check if something is sitting in your spam mailbox.

I tried logging a new case now but still no luck on it.
I also checked my mailbox but didn't get any mail. Can you please check my account or let me know if there is something else that can be done.

Can you provide correct mail id, for this, we do not see any badges and cases?
If you can provide correct mail id where you have an issue along with existing certification-related badges so that I can try to check.
