Email not received after attribution of lead

Hello,

When a lead is associated by lead assisgnment, i donest send any alert,
but before the user was getting a alert.

Is there any settign to do ?

Hi Sandrine,

Check if the Deliverability Access level is set to 'All email'.

Also, you can check Email logs.

The deliveribility is set to all emails.
i dont see any other problem

As further check try to capture email logs to check if the email was triggered from salesforce or no.
