Can we write trigger when someone publish content(article page) on salesforce CMS

The answer would be no,  I tried to check if we have references for similar but haven't found any.

Is there any workaround where we can send notification/Email to the page audience when article is published? Can you please help me find something, all we need to do is we need to send email/push notification to the related audience when there's update to the article page

Even am searching for the same, I want to fire a trigger/Process builder whenever there is a change in salesforce CMS, so far i haven't find anything, if u would have achieved it can u please share it here.
