Hi ManiKumar,

There is a Known Issue that has been documented recently. It could be different from what you are experiencing currently. However, I recommend trying the workaround to see if it helps.

If it doesn't help, ensure you follow the steps here and setup Oauth Configuration using connected apps and Auth provider as documented

https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_rest.meta/api_rest/intro_oauth_and_connected_apps.htm

https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=connected_app_create_api_integration.htm

Hi Manikumar,

Not sure whether you are still looking into it or not , so might be it would help either you or anyone who are facing same error.
I think that this error might be occuring due to the mis-configuration of the scope field values in the named credentials.

I hope someone will find the above information is helpful. .

Thanks
