closed won opportunity to email
Hello,
I would like an email to be sent automatically to my companys order email address after an opportunity is closed with all the opportunity detail. I tried creating this process in process builder but when creating an email template, I was not able to pull all the fields from the opportunity. Is this possible in PB?
You can try using workflow rules to send email when an opportunity is closed.

Build an email template and include required fields.

Also, you can use process builder as well but suggest you to try implementing with workflow.

Thank you for chiming in so fast. I am currently working on Professional edition and unforuntaley dont have access to workflows with this edition. I created a process in PB but for some reason when I created a test opprotunity and closed it out I did not get an email automatically sent to me. Not sure what I did wrong.
Also created a classic email template with all necessary fields from Opportunity
Not really sure what went wrong...
