How to stop Datafox from changing Owners of Opportunities?

We have Salesforce Sales Cloud with Datafox and CPQ. The Datafox User occasionally changes the Owner of an Opportunity immediately after Lead Conversion creates the Opportunity. Why? How to control it?

Hi Rich,

Create a validation rule to prevent Datafox users on changing owner of the opportunity.

Something like below. 
AND( Owner.Username <> 'Datafox Username', ISCHANGED( OwnerId ), NOT( ISNEW() ) )
