FinServ.TaskTrigger: execution of AfterInsert caused by: FinServ.MoiExceptionWrapper.TriggerException: Something's not quite right. Try your action again

I Have Installed Financial Service Cloud Package. Getting this error while creating this task when i give some contcats to Name Field.
