FSC superbadge Challenge 5 Action Plans - I am getting an error.


 Any advice? The error is "Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: We could not find the correct tasks created from the "Bank Loan Opportunity" template according to the requirements. Make sure you created the action plan using the correct action plan template and created it logged in as the correct user. "

Hi Brook, I have watched and replyed Step 4 and 5 of your videos. I still have no clue how I'm getting the error. I did everything exactly the same switching between Ryan and my own account when performing the steps. What are your thoughts on this?

Hi 
 I encountered the same issue, after a long struggle found out that ACTION PLAN was not added to the Tab; in the excercise the statement is "Ensure the Action Plans Template tab is visible in the FSC Wealth Management app" and does not include the Action Plan.

Added Action Plan, -> setup ->Manage App and select FSC Wealth management / Navigation Items and add the Action Plan
Did mass delete of all the tasks assinged to Hank Burton and Ryan,
Deleted the action plans and
Recreated the Action Plans template

And it worked....
Hope it works for rest of you also :)

So until they fix the issue on their end, the best thing to do is go to Ryan and Hank tasks and clear all tasks.
Delete all action plans and create a new Action plan template. 
Go back in as Ryan and create an action plan from the Boat life goal.

I have gone back in and removed all the tasks, created a new action plan template with the same name and created the tasks and still getting the error Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We could not find a "Create Referral for Bank Loan" task created in the Bank Loan Opportunity Action Plan Template according to the requirements.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.  Do I need to create a case with Trailhead support?

This is what worked for me.
Created an Action Template - Target Object - Person Life Event
Created a Lightning Record Page for Person Life Event and added Action Plan component on the Page
Go to the record, from there, create new Action Plan
Check Challenge > Passed!

Hi All,
i also faced the same issue and below is how i resolved it
1)Change all the old task subject to some other text than what is given in the assignement
2)Make sure old Action Template name is completely different from what is given in the assignement (very important)
There should be only 1 Action Template with name as Bank Loan Opportunity
3)There should not be any duplicate task with the same subject

I mistakenly created tasks with High Priority.

To correct this, I did -

1. clone the action plan template & edited the task priorities to Normal

2. deactivate the old action plan template with high priority tasks

3. Published the newly cloned action plan template

3. with system admin, deleted the old action plan & then the old action template 

4. from Ryan and Hank's login deleted the High Priority tasks assigned to them (make sure not to delete the Normal priority ones - if mistakenly deleted, restore them from recycle bin). 

5. Just to be double sure, empty the recycle bin and then 'Check Challange'.
