Have any done lwc integration with open CTI I am facing some issues in tracking end call from open cti

HI Tamilselvan,
Open CTI is not yet supported in the LWC. (Reference: https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/315808/opencti-library-loading-issue-with-lwc) 

Also as per, 
https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_console.meta/api_console/sforce_api_console_js_lightning_parity.htm  the methods of CTI like onCallBegin() and on CallEnd() in sales console are not yet supported in the lightning.
