Getting AHFKPOPL on challenge 5 of the App Customization Specialist superbadge

Hi
Need some help. I am getting AHFKPOPL on challenge 5 (i.e. Surface the Volunteer Tracker app) of the App Customization Specialist superbadge.
Can someone please help & tell me what the root cause maybe?

Thanks. I raised a case with support. Mysteriously the error disappeared when I tried today without making any further changes to the implementation. Looks like it was some random system error on trailhead side.
