api response working from externam system but not from salesforce

Hello,

I make a call to the external system using postman it works but when I call it from Salesforce it don't work

what can be potential reasons, please ?

Please check if the IP ranges listed in https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=000384438&type=1 are whitelisted
