Usage of Different types of Quotations (Single Quotes and Double Quotes) for declaring Strings in the Code? What value do they bring value to the variable or string??

Ex - 'Salesforce' vs "Salesforce"

Hi,

In Apex to define a string or assign a value to string we use single quotation only. Double quotation is not supported in apex.

But where as in Salesforce formulas we can use both single and double quotations.
