workflow email alert issue
Hi,
I set up a new workflow rule and this is my crieteria:
Object: Invoices (this is a custom object)
Evaluation Criteria: created, and any time it's edited to subsequently meet criteria
Rule Criteria: Criteria are met
Field: Invoice Amount
Operator: Greater than
Value: 10000
It is on Active
but when I change the amount in the invoice object to greater than 10000 I am not receiving any email..
I have also checked Deliverability which is set to All emails and Test Deliverability which works fine...
Any idea why I am not receiving the email alert??

Can you change the amount to below 10000 and save it and again try to change it to above 10000. This should trigger the email.
