workflow email alert issue

Hi,
I set up a new workflow rule and this is my crieteria:

Object: Invoices (this is a custom object)
Evaluation Criteria: created, and any time it's edited to subsequently meet criteria

Rule Criteria: Criteria are met
Field: Invoice Amount
Operator: Greater than 
Value: 10000

It is on Active 
but when I change the amount in the invoice object to greater than 10000 I am not receiving any email..

I have also checked Deliverability which is set to All emails and Test Deliverability which works fine...

Any idea why I am not receiving the email alert??

Hi Peyman,

Can you change the amount to below 10000 and save it and again try to change it to above 10000. This should trigger the email.

Thanks for your response Sai, but I already tried that and it is not working. I even added 2 more emails besides the email reciepient just to insure that the issue is not with my email provider and it is still not sending.
