not able to modify list view filter

Hello,

I have a list view but not able to modify.
I am not able to modify filter nor add anything.
  
filters
Close Filters
Locked Filters
This list view can’t be filtered.This list view can’t be filtered.
Filter by Owner   requests assigned to me and my queues

It is the approval process approbation as the tab name is "Approval process"

and the message on filter is 
This list view can’t be filtered.This list view can’t be filtered.
Filter by Owner   requests assigned to me and my queues
