FinServ Cloud : duplicate record type error while creating any Account

FinServ.AccountTrigger: execution of BeforeInsert caused by: FinServ.MoiExceptionWrapper.ValidationException: Your account record type is missing, a duplicate, or invalid. Ask your admin to check the individual record type configurations in Setup.

No, I have not added any new record type, I just made a managed package and after some time this problem occurred.
