How to report performance issue to salesforce support

My sandbox is running on instance CS2.  It is extremely slow all day today.  So slow my users cannot test anything.  I went to the salesforce trust status site but there are no incidents reported.  But I see nowhere on salesforce trust status site where I can report a performance problem.  How can I make Salesforce aware of this problem?

Hi Michael,

If you want to reach out to salesforce support team, then you need to create a case by following the below steps :-

  1. Log in to Salesforce, then go to the Help and Training page.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support.
  3. Click Create a Case.
  4. Select your support topic, category, and issue.
  5. For example, if your issue is related to setting up Lightning Dialer, click Sales Cloud | Lightning Dialer | Implement Lightning Dialer.
  6. See if there’s an existing topic that relates to your issue.
  7. If you don’t find the solution to your problem, click Create a Case.
  8. Enter case details and click Submit.
Kindly mark it as the best answer, so that it can help others user as well.

thanks
