Case path settings

How can i remove the status field in Path settings? See highlighted below. Thanks! User-added image

I dont think you can remove status field in path settings.  Kindly review below Idea link and vote for this feature.

Hi Vinay,

My question is, how can i remove the text Status:New. The Path indicator shows the record is in new status. I just dont want the additional text over there. Thanks!
