Cloned profiles under non Salesforce License - Unable to create new custom objects

1. The "Customize Application" option Under "Administrative Permissions" is VISIBLE ONLY for the cloned profiles under "the Salesforce license"
2. But this option is not visible for the cloned profiles of other licenses (i.e. for licenses other than the Salesforce license)

Can users "not with Salesforce User License" be given permission to  create custom objects?

Hi Aswani,

You would need to use salesforce license on cloned profile else you would not be able to create custom objects,  other non-salesforce license has limited scope and permissions.
