Create a report for field multi select picklist data type selected values with dashboard

1.We have a MultiSelect Picklist field.
2.We wanna see which value is selected how many times on a report
So you need to create a report to show this.
3.Show it on dashboard,

Please suggest some reference links or valuable information .
