Umair Mohammad 10 Highlighting with a red color or different color when the Custom Case Escalate Note Field when it is filled.
I am attaching 2 screen shots for illustrative purposes.
ASK: I want the Escalation Note field to be RED for the font or at least have it bold faced so reps do not miss it.
Is there a way?

Can you confirm if it is formula field. If so can you confirm from which field it is copied from?
