I am not able to set password of developer edition which i created on verying it says the link is already been used

It seems like some caching is being done here .
If you're using a work machine, there may be something in your company's network/machine/email security that's interrupting the process. Have you tried clicking the button from a different machine or registering using a different email account? Maybe try from a different network, or while disconnected from a VPN?
