How we are Using Assignment Rule?

Hi Himanshu,

By using assignment rules, you can assign leads or cases to the  queues  based on business requiement.

Ex: if case is belongs to india then by using assignment rule you can assign it to India_Queue.

Assignment rule is used to automate owner assignment on Case and Lead based on conditions on Case or Lead. For example, there could on lead assignment rule for web-generated leads and one case assignment rule for the holiday use.
