Set up SSO in developer sandbox Spring '23

Hi there,

We set up SSO in developer sandbox with ADFS.
We see success logs in ADFS and Salesforce in login history.

But on screen we see Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

Does anybody set up SSO in sandbox successfully for Spring '23 release?

Hi Pavel,

Can you check if Entity url and Log in url are correct . Also can you check if the Federation Id is matching or not.

You can check the error description in SAML  Validator under single sign on settings.

Let me know if you face any issues.

If this solution helps, Please mark it as best answer.

Thanks,

It sounds like you have successfully set up Single Sign-On (SSO) in your developer sandbox using ADFS, as you are seeing success logs in both ADFS and Salesforce login history. However, you are encountering an error message when attempting to log in.
This issue can have multiple causes, such as configuration errors or issues with the certificate used for SSO. It is recommended that you review the SSO setup and configuration, and compare it with Salesforce documentation to ensure that everything is set up correctly. You can also check the Salesforce and ADFS logs for any errors or issues that may be causing the problem. If you continue to have issues, you may want to reach out to Salesforce support for assistance.
It's not specified if you are trying to set up SSO for Spring '23 release. If you are trying to set up SSO for Spring '23 Release, you can check the release notes for any changes or new features that may affect SSO setup and ensure that your setup is compatible with the new release. https://www.myccpay.life/
