I'm asking if I can import a Page Layout into Experience Cloud.  If not, what is the best way to add certain fields from the Account Object.

Yes, it is possible to connect a Service Cloud Page Layout to an Experience Cloud page. This can be done by embedding a Visualforce page that contains the Service Cloud Page Layout into an Experience Cloud page using the Visualforce component. This allows you to share Service Cloud data with users in an Experience Cloud page.
