Inserting Child accounts via data loader using the parent ID

Hi I am trying to insert child accounts and link them to a parent account using dataloader.  I keep getting errors.  Any suggestions?

Hi Vinay..I think what I should have asked was should I do an insert or upsert?  The parent accound has aleady been established so I need to add the new accounts as child accounts.
