background image not showing in experience cloud

I add a background image to the login page in Experience Cloud.  It was showing but now it's not.  Any ideas??

The image is set on the 'Login' Page of the drop down.  It showed yesterday but not today.  This is the login page so technically, no one has logged in yet.

 So CSS can't be reached in SF.  After looking SF is have issues right now.  Thanks for helping on this but it will be resolved when SF issues are resolved.
