I need to check whether My Domain is enabled in an org or, not as a part of my business requirement.
I also need to know how to disable My Domain in my org for my research.

You cannot disable My Domain in org, however you can update. You can check my domain by navigating below steps.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter My Domain, and then select My Domain

Thanks for the response.
The articles you shared were helpful to some extent.
But I need a reference article stating that we cant disable My Domain in our org.
That would be really helful.
