Hi Anindita,

Do you have access to that object ?

Can you check once? Are you system admin

Thanks,
Anindita DasguptaAnindita Dasgupta
Yes I am the admin n have all access. I guess the issue is that my object is a junction object tied to the parent, hence I can’t change the OWD for it. Will try changing its relationship first n see what happens. Thanks.

Hi,
The defaults for the entire organization are used to determine who has access to which records. Using the role hierarchy, you can reopen access for certain roles if the organization-wide settings are anything other than Public Read/Write. Sharing rules can be used to grant access to more user groups. For more info, you go through this link: Salesforce cpq training (http://www.igmguru.com/course/salesforce-cpq-training/).
