It is not possible , you have to create a create a custom Lightning component to display the contact hierarchy details in the Details section of a contact record.
Once you've created the component, you can add it to the Details section of the contact record page layout. To do this, go to the page layout editor and drag the component from the Lightning Components panel to the desired location on the page layout.
